Potato , Soya Bean Cutlets !

A friend mentioned this recipe to me and we tried it yesterday!


Potatoes – 2, boiled and grated
Soy Croquettes – 8
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 0.5 tsp
Garam Masala - 0.5 tsp
Salt to taste, chili powder


1. Wash the soy croquettes and put them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain all the water and grind it.
2. Mix all the ingredients and form small meatballs. You can make them round or oval.
3. Refrigerate them for 10 minutes.
4. Fry or fry them (I fried them)

Serve with tomato sauce. You can also use them as a topping for burgers or sandwiches.
