Paneer Carrot Parantha

Material :

Wheat flour: 1 cup
Cottage cheese (cheese): 100 grams
Carrot: 1 carrot
Onion/green onion: 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves: handful, finely chopped
Chili powder: to taste.
Coriander powder: 1 tsp.
Garam Masala: 0.5 tsp.
Salt: to taste

1. Grate the cheese by hand.
2. Knead all ingredients like bread dough.
3. Now roll out the parana as usual and grease it with non-stick tawa.

Best with Rita!

Option : You can use grated cheese for the filling. I did it, but only for Ariana :D
