Healthy , Roasted Cutlets

Anirudh is not feeling well , so this weekend (because you don't want to eat when you have a fever) I wanted to cook something healthy.

Regular fried burgers hurt your throat, so I remembered this.

Resources:

Cottage cheese: 50 grams cut
Carrot: 1 chopped
Onion: 1 finely chopped
Wheat flour: 2 units
Grated wheat: 1/4 cup
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
Chili powder, salt to taste.
Water: 1 glass
Oil/oil: 1-2 teaspoons

Actions :

1. Soak ground wheat in 1 cup of water for 3-4 minutes.
2. Mix all the ingredients and make burgers of the required size.
3. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan. Cook for a long time over low heat.

The recipe was inspired by the Tarla Dalal recipe that I read a while ago. I don't remember exactly, but they must have added soy sauce and chili sauce. I forgot to add soy sauce and intentionally omitted the chili sauce.

Aniruddha ate half a burger equivalent to at least 0.5 roti with some vegetables. So the operation was a success. I haven't tried it yet, so I can't comment on the taste, it's already finished on the table :P
